Yes. If you need to pick up payment for a previously submitted Day Order or Drop Off Order, please go to the register (not the Greeter counter) to present your claim ticket and ID. If you submitted a Large Order and requested for payment to be mailed, we’ll still mail payment to you; if you asked to receive a call, we’ll still call you to let you know you can come pick up payment. Just make sure to pick it up before the Knoxville store’s last day of business on Sunday, May 3, 2026.

Can I still return items I purchased at McKay’s Knoxville?

Returns will be accepted at the Knoxville store through its last day of business on Sunday, May 3, 2026. After that date, all sales are final and refunds will not be issued.

Until its last day of business on Sunday, May 3, 2026, McKay’s Knoxville is open for regular hours: Monday - Thursday from 9 AM - 9 PM, Friday - Saturday from 9 AM - 10 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM - 7 PM. If there are changes to those hours, it will be announced on the Knoxville store's social media.
